Managing Director
In liaison with the Management Team, Simon manages the day to day running of the company, ensuring that the correct resources and research facilities are allocated to best support DNA's clients. He is also responsible for the companies financial management, operations and employment and business legislation. Prior to establishing DNA, Simon led business development for an Investment Banking search boutique. Previous to his career in search, Simon worked in financial services for a number years having spent 6 years in the Royal Marines upon leaving college.
- Robert Carruthers
Executive Director
Robert is globally responsible for Gas and Power Trading and, as well as managing searches in Europe, he is also responsible for DNA America. Over his 5 years in energy & commodities search, Robert has a well-developed network and has been instrumental in managing DNA's research across the Gulf Coast, New York Harbor and West Coast. Robert holds a BA from the University of California, San Diego.
- Michael Tong
Executive Director
Michael is head of DNA's Asian Operations. His key responsibility is to manage DNA's research function in Asia and the Middle East. This includes the market mapping of DNA's clients competitors in Singapore. Prior to his career in search, Michael was the General Manager of a Marine Operations and Engineering company in Singapore. Michael is fluent in Mandarin and Holds a M.Acc from Curtin University of Technology.
